The RP40 boasts a wide read range, starting at 0.5" right up to 4.5" for iCLASS SE cards. It is a sleek looking black device that is 4.8" x 3.3" x 1.0" in size, weighing in at 216 grams when fitted with a terminal strip, or 222 grams when fitted with a pigtail connector. It has an operating temperature of -31 F to 150 F, allowing it to work seamlessly in almost any climate.

Mounting this device is simple, as it can be altered to suit the standard mounting styles of the country it is being installed in. It is a wall switch unit which can be easily installed in the Americas and also in Europe and Asia using an additional slotted mounting plate that is included.
