The multiCLASS SE RP10 is an ideal reader for those who are looking to upgrade to the latest secure technologies without breaking the bank. It is a 13.56 MHz device supporting HID iCLASS SE and Seos, and can also support multiple Prox card technologies at transmit frequencies of 125 kHz, making it ideal for situations where multiple protocols are in use. Incredibly versatile, the SE RP10 supports HID Prox, Indala, AWID and EM4102 as well as offering iCLASS, MIFARE and DESFire EV1 compatibility.

It includes an Intelligent Power Management (IPM) system that significantly reduces power consumption, making it up to 75% more efficient compared to a standard system. It does not include a keypad (see the RPK40 device for this) but instead offers an impressively small size. It is the smallest multiCLASS SE reader available - only 4.1" x 1.9" x 0.9" - making it ideal for mullion-mounted installations. The device weighs 85 grams with a terminal strip connection, or 114 grams with a pigtail connection.

The Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP) paired with Secure Channel Protocol (SCP) guarantees security and means that the device can be managed and customized from a central location, allowing ease of use and adaptability even after the device is installed.
