HID Indala, an industry leader in smartcard and proximity reader technology offers the CX-CRD, designed with the same high quality and attention to detail as all products in the Indala Prox line. This clamshell constructed credential with beveled edges can be personalized with a photo ID. Additionally, the card may be printed with custom artwork on the back and front, which could include the company logo or some other unique design.
Customization with a number of anti-counterfeiting options is designed to heighten security, and the card may be printed with a customized adhesive overlay. The CX-CRD smartcard is compatible with the CASI Entree proximity line as well as all 13.56 MHz contactless smartcard technologies. The card may be secured with CX Premier, a cost effective anti-counterfeiting element. Options include ultra-violet (UV), fluorescent ink, or a hologram.
The CX-CRD smartcard is 3.38"H x 2.13"W x 0.065"T (86 mm x 54 mm x 1.8 mm) and weighs just 12 grams. The CX-CRD operates at temperature ranges of -22 to 149 F (-30 to 65 C).
The CX-CRD, made of durable PVC, has a standard vertical slot punch included which is large enough for any standard badge clip. The standard front finish is textured white, and bears the Indala logo. The back is beveled, white and bears an embossed Indala logo. The inkjet marking is on the lower right hand corner of the back of the card and includes the batch code.
The Indala CX-CRD smartcard is factory programmed with a 12-digit ID number and the batch code is included on a printed strip on the backside of the card. Coding is random f/2f.
