Fargo 3-Panel YMC Full-Color Ribbon (750 Images/Roll). For use with Fargo HDP5600 ID Card Printers.
A Fargo YMC ribbon consist of three panels (Y=Yellow, M=Magenta, C=Cyan) and is used for printing full-color cards where composite black is acceptable. A composite black is created by mixing YMC and will work for you if you’re not printing barcodes and if you don’t need crisp black text. If you need sharp, black text, use a YMCK ribbon which has a separate black (K) panel for printing black text and graphics.
This ribbon is used for single-sided card printing.

A Fargo YMCK ribbon consist of four panels (Y=Yellow, M=Magenta, C=Cyan, B=Black) and is used for printing full-color cards where crisp black text and graphics is required (e.g. for barcodes).
If crisp black text and graphics is not required, a YMC ribbon can be used instead.

A Fargo YMCKK ribbon is a four-panel YMCK color ribbon with an extra black panel for printing on the back side of a card. It is used when you want to print full-color on one side of a card and monochrome on the other side.
The 5 panels of a YMCKK ribbon correspond to (Y=Yellow, M=Magenta, C=Cyan, K=Black, K=Black).
This ribbon is used for dual-sided card printing.

Fargo 5-Panel YMCKH Full-Color Ribbon with Resin Black and Heat Seal Panel (500 Images/Roll). For use with Fargo HDP5600 ID Card Printers.
A Fargo YMCKH ribbon is the same as a YMCK ribbon but has an additional “H” heat seal panel. The heat seal panel helps the resin adhere more strongly to the surface of card, making it perfect for use with uneven cards or cards with slight indents or bumps and is ideal for Smart card badging operations.

A Fargo YMCFK ribbon consist of five panels. The YMC (Y=Yellow, M=Magenta, C=Cyan, B=Black) panels are used for full-color printing, the fluorescing (F) panel for UV text, and the black monochrome (K) panel for text and graphics.
The fluorescing panel is used to print grayscale text or images that are only visible with ultraviolet (UV) light and are used to provide added card security.
This ribbon is used for single-sided card printing.
